35th Anniversary Pocket Flap Wulapeju Lodge

This pocket flap was created to celebrate the 35th anniversary of
Wulapeju Lodge 140. The Lodge was formed in 1971 and serves the
Blackhawk Area Council,
which consists of twelve counties in northern Illinois and parts of southern
Wisconsin. The word "Wulapeju" is pronounced, "woo-LAH-pay-you". The translation of Wulapeju is "One who is just." |
