2010

OA elections must be held January 1 – April 30th

Remember - your troop must attend 50% of the Chapter meetings so that you can have an adult nominated in 2010.

May 20 Thursday 7:00 p.m. - Chapter Elections and service project at St. Mary's Church, Crystal Lake. Food will be served. – Troop 152 is responsible. 

June 4-6 – Spring Fellowship

 

August 28 Saturday One Day of Service Projects at MCCD sites. Click here for information on this.

 

Remember to get your OA Elections scheduled as soon as possible. You should be contacting another Troop in your area to have them do your election and you do their election. You do not have to schedule elections through the Chapter. If you don't know of a contact for a Troop in your area, you can contact me and I will get you a contact name. After an election leave the pink copy with the Troop and send me the other copies along with the tally sheet. Please make sure that the Youth Election Team signs the form legibly so we can track who did the election. I would like to receive all the Election Forms by April 22 so I can get them to the Council office by April 40th. Late Election Forms will not be accepted by Council.
